Africa’s talent hunt competition for vocal stars and covers champions, Covers Africa has listed Ben Ogbeiwi (The Music Sensei), Efe MacRoc (The Chord Fingers), Modupe Ige Kachi (The Vocal Nigtingale), and Sound Sultan (Naija Ninja) as judges for its debut edition tagged ‘The Rise of Vocal Delivery’ which is set to go live on television June 2021.
Covers Africa will empower up-and-coming music acts and showcase their creativity through the talent of other established musicians’ original production. The show is fashioned to give entertainment and music lovers a ‘cover’ experience on TV.
Speaking during the Covers Africa Judges Unveil, the Director of Administration of Rising Star Power House and Head of Strategy Media and Publicity for Covers Africa, Ubong Kardynal said, ‘’Covers Africa is designed to be a very unique stage that will enable us to showcase and celebrate the best vocal talents in Nigeria and Africa at large. We will be looking for the next Nigerian vocal star and covers champion”.
