The 60 Goals Soccer Stars Project which has moved across Nigeria helping to develop talented Nigerian youth footballers has concluded its project in Kano state and will be moving to another part of Nigeria yet untouched by the project, Obaland Magazine learned.
A total of 4,000  players assembled during the 14 days of four stages of the scouting program in Kano State.
The scouting program was carefully conducted by Prof. Miroslav Marjanovic, a Croatian/Canadian UEFA A Licensed Coach
After the exercise, 25 best players were selected from 35 teams and about 2,000 individual players participated.
Not only the players, the local coaches got certified through a coaching seminar conducted by Prof. Miroslav Marjanovic on Modern and Professional Coaching Techniques.
The coaches were so excited about the opportunities 60 Goals Global brought to the scouting program.
In an interview with the CEO of 60 Goals Soccer Stars Project and FIFA Intermediary Agent, Miss Jane Ndubuisi, and Ikechukwu Francis,  former Nigeria International, Under 23, who is the president of 60 Goals Soccer Stars Project, they stated that the seminar was aimed at empowering and updating coaches to develop and build a better team that can compete with their contemporaries, especially the less privileged who are dreaming of becoming the next Ahmed Musa, Kanu Nwankwo, Samson Siasia, Jay-jay Okocha and host of many others.
The selected players had their first game against multiple Nigerian league champions, Kano Pillars Football Club.
This game ended 2-1 in the favour of Kano Pillars.
The selected talented boys proved that they are ready to play professional football if given the opportunity to achieve their dreams.
The selected youth players will be in camp in preparation for the Malmo Fc Scouting Programme in Sweden.
Meanwhile, Milan Martinovic has arranged a professional scouting tournament that would feature European scouts and club owners to watch and handpick players from the team.
To close the program in Kano State, a  press conference was held at the prestigious Tahir Guest Palace Hotel.
Milan Martinovic,  the FIFA Licensed Agent was in attendance, with also the former Petr Čech Agent, Chinme Dabin, of International Sports Consultancy, England.
The Senior Special Assistant on Youth Matters, to President Muhammed Buhari, Felix Kurogha, said the president has been working tirelessly to engage Nigerian youths to be useful to society. And the youth team in the presidency has been working very hard in making things move forward.
Through the Office of SSA on Youths Matters, Kurogha stated, the 60 Goals Soccer Stars Project, will create employment and discourage youths from participating in social vices. And also give them the platform to play professional football.
We thank Mr. President for this opportunity.
We also appreciate the government and people of Kano state for all their supports in making sure we had a successful screening. Our profound gratitude goes to His Excellency, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje (OFR), for the peaceful program witnessed in Kano state.
The Deputy Governor, Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna, the Honourable Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon. Kabiru Ado Lakwaya, the Special Adviser on Sports Development to the Executive Governor, Hon. Kabiru Baita,
