Following the announcement by the Presidential Committee on COVID-19 pandemic on easing the restrictions on contact sports especially football, the Authentic Nigeria Football Supporters club is excited that football, one of the unifying factors of this country is back.
Reacting about the announcement, the national president of ANFSC, Prince Abayomi Ogunjimi stated that this is what fans have been waiting for, especially the return of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
Prince Abayomi also commented about the first Post COVID-19 International friendlies that the Super Eagles will be playing in Austria against Ivory Coast and Tunisia come 9th and 13th of October respectively.
The award-winning supporters club boss asked for a win from Super Eagles on 13th October which remarkably is his birthday, a win against the Cartage Eagles is a perfect birthday gift for him he concluded.
