The Edo State Government is about to deploy digital tools in the public and civil service. Edo State is about to partner with Zinox Group, a tech company to bring ICT to Edo State. The Zinox Group will supply Information Communication Technology (ICT) tools to the state.
This was disclosed today by the Special Adviser to Edo State Governor on Strategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management, Sarah Esangbedo Ajose-Adeogun.
In a press statement in Benin city today, Sarah Esangbedo, said the state government is partnering with Zinox in technology. She stated that this will enhance the capacity of the public and civil service through the deployment of digital tools.
She stated that the government will finalize the deal with Zinox on Monday, October 11, 2021. She noted that the agreement will commence a digitalized government process.
“agreement will kick start a long-lasting process to digitize government processes. The agreement is also an expression of the Edo State Government’s desire to support indigenous businesses and grow Nigeria’s GDP,” she said.
